Search, filter, and sort your inventory by asset tags.  Apply asset tags to multiple units of the same items.  Scan tags with our mobile app and perform inventory events right from your mobile device.


Record serial number data for your assets and search, filter, and sort your inventory by serial number.  Individual items can have both asset tags and serial number tracking. 


Upload up to four images of each individual asset in your inventory.  Photos help your users identify the correct asset and can provide additional information more easily than text.  A picture is still worth a thousand words last time we checked.


It’s easy to assign assets, receive them, and then re-assign them to other people.  Our ‘move’ event makes check ins and check outs a breeze, and it’s easy to follow all asset movements throughout their life in your inventory.


You can create whatever date fields you need to help you manage your assets.  Create a custom date field called “Due Date” and sort your inventory by that date to see which assets are due to be returned.  You can also set up expiration dates, maintenance schedules, or any other date related fields.
