USER PERMISSIONS

ITEM IMAGES

You can associate up to four images per item. Images can be uploaded from your computer, or taken and uploaded using the mobile app.

CUSTOM REPORTS

Create, name, and save your own reports on current inventory, inventory events, and more.  Once created all custom reports are available in the "Reports" menu.

NO SOFTWARE

Available through the Apple App Store, and Google Play, our app is free to use with a Clearly Inventory account.  You can add items to inventory, take photos, scan barcodes with a separate scanner or your phone's camera, and do just about anything you need.

BARCODE FRIENDLY​

You can use a barcode scanner with Clearly Inventory in the same way you'd use a keyboard or other human interface device. The mobile app can be paired with a SocketMobile scanner, or you can use the camera on your phone to read barcodes.

CUSTOMIZABLE

Configure Clearly Inventory to meet your exact needs.  Only the data you specify is requested, stored, and reported on.  No more trying to make software that wasn't built for you try to conform to your needs.

Not Features

Here’s a list of some of the things Clearly Inventory doesn’t do…yet.

IT'S NOT ORDER MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE OR A WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WMS)

While it's easy to create reports that provide the inventory data necessary for populating certain types of orders, Clearly Inventory does not create complete purchase orders, invoices, sales orders, or generate other 'accounting' type paperwork.

IT DOESN'T INTEGRATE WITH OTHER APPLICATIONS (EXCEPT VIA AN API)

We do offer an "Application Programming Interface" or (API) but we do not have 'one click' integrations with products like Quickbooks, Shipstation, Amazon, or other software or e-commerce platforms.  Not integrating with other products is one of the things the makes Clearly Inventory easy to use and focused solely on inventory.

IT'S NOT SUITED FOR HIGH VOLUME RETAIL SALES

Clearly Inventory is not a POS system, and not well suited to typical retail process where scanning items is automatically understood to be reductions of stock.  But it's a great solution for stock management and lower volume boutique retail operations.

WE DON'T DO ON-SITE CONSULTING OR INVENTORY AUDITS

While we wish we could, we do not come on site and help you set up, count, or otherwise work on your inventory operations.  At this point, we only provide the software to help you with these endeavors.
